初至湖南张家界,浓郁的湘西风情映入眼帘。曲径幽深的土家街巷,竹木掩映的吊脚楼,澄碧清澈的索溪河,低吟浅唱的古水车,琳琅满目的有趣美食,处处都透出醇厚质朴的土家族民风气息,让人深深眷恋。踏着青石板路,溪布老街小吃摊上的各色美味一一铺陈开来,飘香袭人,有蒿子粑粑、酱香饼、青蛙饼、三下锅、土家炒饭、炒粉、腊味坊等等数不胜数。可是,我最喜欢的是张家界特产美食——火辣辣的三下锅。三下锅是张家界地区名声最为响亮的特色地方菜。所谓的三下锅其实就是一种很方便的干锅,又叫合吃菜。它
