分析了小波变换的时频特性，给出了二进离散小波变换的快速算法。利用小波变换，成功地提取了混入在转速信号中的微弱滚珠轴承故障信号，实现了傅立叶变换难以实现的功能。
The time-frequency characteristics of wavelet transform are analyzed and a fast algorithm of binary discrete wavelet transform is given. Using the wavelet transform, we successfully extracted the weak ball bearing fault signal mixed in the rotation speed signal, and realized the function that the Fourier transform is hard to realize.
