目前,国内外企业实施ERP项目过程中,对ERP系统涉及到流程中对应的岗位及权限设置大多是由实施顾问根据其实施经验来配置,具有一定主观随意性,这影响了ERP岗位及权限设置的合理性,从而也在一定程度上影响了ERP项目的成功实施。本文针对这一现象提出了一种基于抉择矩阵的分析方法来研究ERP项目流程中岗位和权限设置方法,并结合实例进行说明,最终能给后续企业实施ERP项目提供一种较为科学、合理并具有可操作性的实施方法论。
