班会课是德育教学的主阵地,更是伴随师生心灵成长的源源溪流。当前的班会课如何使枯燥的做人学问能让学生听进去,并且感悟清楚,这是作为班主任的我一直所纠结的。我一直在思考:如何运用技巧和智慧,精心设计好每一堂情感体验式主题班会课,并发挥其“春风化雨,润物无声”的教育作用。我选择了把故事融入班会课的课堂教学当中,注重情感教育、行为教育,打造学生心灵世界成长的碉堡。 Class class is the main front of moral education, but also with teachers and students spiritual growth is the source of streams.
