就业是民生之本、安国之策。促进就业是当前及今后一个时期解决广大人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实问题的重大举措。近日,上海市政府发布《关于进一步加强本市促进就业工作的通知》,以进一步强调政府促进就业的第一责任,完善本市促进就业工作的社会责任体系。近年来,本市促进就业工作取得较大进展,政策促进就业的效应明显发挥,市场导向的就业机制逐步形成。
Employment is the basis of people's livelihood, security policy. To promote employment is a major measure to solve the most concern, most direct and most practical problems of the broad masses of the people at present and in the coming period. Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Government issued the “Circular on Further Strengthening the Work of Promoting Employment in the Municipality” to further emphasize the government's first responsibility for employment promotion and improve the social responsibility system for promoting employment in this municipality. In recent years, great progress has been made in promoting employment in this Municipality, the effect of policies on employment promotion has been obviously brought into play, and a market-oriented employment mechanism has been gradually formed.
