我院自试用水合氯醛注射液治疗痔核以来,对内痔核的治癒有显著的提高,更重要的是避免了痔核患者手术治疗的痛苦,只注射数次即可痊癒。但目前在我国应用还很少,今简单介绍供参考。 1.处方: 水台氯醛 25g 注射用水加至 100ml 2.制法:按无菌操作把水合氯醛溶解过滤即得。 3.临床观察结果及应用范围:在整个治疗过程中,患者注射后除有很短时间的疼痛外,并舞红肿及其他刺激感觉,俟局部组织坏死脱落即癒。一般只宜用于内痔,对外痔效力不佳。 4.用法:注射技术要求严格,药液一定注射在痔核的粘膜下層,切勿注射到周围组织与血管内,否则会引起范围较大的组织坏死。用量每次0.5毫升。几点说明: 1.配制成品,含量必须准确。
