The authors report on the diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of traumatic abdominal macrovascular injury. The focus of the discussion is on the diagnosis of vascular injury, preoperative recovery and vascular injury treatment. Pointed out that early diagnosis, timely surgery is the key to improving survival.
