以江苏南通、陕西泾阳、河南安阳菌系作对照,以美国T—9和SS—4菌系作参考对照,用海岛棉、陆地棉和亚洲棉三个棉种的7个品种作鉴别寄主,通过土壤接菌结合伤根处理,对四川省棉花黄萎病普查分离出的13个代表菌系进行了毒力测定.结果表明:在13个代表菌系中没有毒力特强近似江苏南通和美国T—9落叶型的强菌系;毒力近似陕西泾阳菌系的有三个(金堂、仁寿、乐至),近似SS—4型的弱菌系四个(平昌、三台、西充、仪陇)介于前二者之间,近似于河南安阳菌系的中间型六个(南部、射洪、蓬溪、简阳、巴中、西南农大合川农场).初步筛选出14个耐我省棉黄萎病菌系的品种(系).
In order to compare the strains of T-9 and SS-4 in the United States with Nantong in Jiangsu, Jingyang in Shaanxi and Anyang in Henan, seven varieties of three kinds of cotton, sea cotton and Asian cotton were used as the identification host. Thirteen representative strains isolated from the survey of cotton yellowing in Sichuan Province were tested for virulence by soil-inoculation combined with wound-root treatment.The results showed that there was no virulence in 13 representative strains, The United States T-9 deciduous strong strains; virulence similar to Shaanxi Jingyang bacteria have three (Jintang, Renshou, music to), similar to SS-4 type of weak bacteria Department 4 (Pyeongchang, Santai, (Yilong, Pengzhong, Jianyang, Bazhong, Hezuo Farm of Southwest Agricultural University) .First, we screened out 14 resistant me Provincial varieties of Verticillium wilt strains (lines).
