目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中HER-2、PTEN蛋白表达。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜中HER-2、PTEN的表达。结果子宫内膜癌中HER-2的表达率高于正常子宫内膜(P<0.05),且与肿瘤分级、分期以及浸润深度有关(P<0.05);内膜癌中PTEN表达缺失率高于正常宫内膜(P<0.05)。PTEN缺失率与肿瘤分级以及类型有关(P<0.05)。HER-2与PTEN的表达呈负相关(r=-0.698,P<0.05)。结论 HER-2与PTEN的联合检测有助于子宫内膜癌的早期诊断及预后评估。
Objective To detect the expression of HER-2 and PTEN in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expressions of HER-2 and PTEN in 60 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 32 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of HER-2 in endometrial carcinoma was higher than that in normal endometrium (P <0.05), and was correlated with tumor grade, stage and depth of invasion (P <0.05). The loss rate of PTEN in endometrial carcinoma was higher than that in normal endometrium Normal endometrium (P <0.05). The loss rate of PTEN was related to tumor grade and type (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of HER-2 and PTEN (r = -0.698, P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of HER-2 and PTEN is helpful for the early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of endometrial cancer.
