目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定妇康宁片中芍药苷的含量 ,以控制该制剂的质量。方法 :以C18化学键合硅胶柱分离芍药苷 ,乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸 (18∶82 )为流动相 ,UV检测波长 2 30nm进行测定。结果 :芍药苷在 0 .2 5~ 2 .5 μg内呈良好的线性关系r=0 .9999平均加样回收率为 97.9% (RSD为 1.0 % ,n =5 )。结论 :本法测定妇康宁片中芍药苷的含量 ,结果准确 ,重复性好。
Objective : To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Fukangning Tablets by high performance liquid chromatography in order to control the quality of the preparation. METHODS: Piocoside was separated on a C18 chemically bonded silica gel column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (18:82) as the mobile phase and the UV detection wavelength was measured at 30 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve showed good linear relationship r=0.9999 within 0.95 μg to 2.5 μg. The average recovery was 97.9% (RSD 1.0 %, n = 5). Conclusion: This method was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Fukangning Tablets. The results were accurate and reproducible.
