从３１例器官移植受者外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣｓ）中分离人类疤疹病毒６型（ＨＨＶ－６）。结果显示：１０例移植受者病毒分离阳性，９例经单克隆抗体鉴定证实为ＨＨＶ－６。 Human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) was isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 31 organ transplant recipients. The results showed that: 10 cases of recipients were positive for virus isolation, 9 cases confirmed by monoclonal antibody HHV-6.
