为减轻水轮机尾水管内涡带产生的振动,设置了一种在直锥段平行排布的尾水管导流板,并对某电站的水轮机尾水管进行了UG三维建模和CFD数值模拟计算,通过对比安装导流板前后尾水管内的流场、压力和速度分布,证实了此种导流板消振作用的有效性,对研究尾水管内导流板的排布规律有一定参考价值。
In order to reduce the vibration of the vortex belt in the draft tube of a hydraulic turbine, a draft tube draft plate arranged in parallel in the straight cone section is set up. The UG three-dimensional modeling and CFD numerical simulation of the draft tube of a hydropower station are carried out. By comparing the flow field, pressure and velocity distribution in the draft tube before and after the installation of the deflector, the effectiveness of the damping effect of the draft plate is confirmed, which is of certain reference value for studying the arrangement rule of the draft plate in the draft tube.
