在机械工业中,公差与配合标准是一项重要的基础标准,它涉及产品加工制造、测量检验、互换性生产等各方面的问题。现行的标准(指GB159～174—59,下称旧标准)与我国生产发展的需要已不相适应,现由新颁布的公差配合标准所代替。新标准(指GB1800～1804—79,下同)与旧标准相比,从基本结构到符号,从某些术语定义到列表形式都有较大的区别。多年来,人们对旧标准比较熟悉,使用较为习惯,为此将新、旧标准进行分析对比,以加深对新标准的认识和理解,便于尽快地掌握和运用。
