目的观察丁咯地尔联合复方丹参注射液治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法 65例确诊的糖尿病足患者,随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例。结果疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率84.85%,对照组为56.25%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血粘度低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论丁咯地尔联合复方丹参注射液治疗糖尿病足疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of buflomedil combined with compound Danshen injection in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Sixty-five patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 33) and control group (n = 32). Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 84.85% in the treatment group and 56.25% in the control group. The total effective rate in the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The blood viscosity of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.01) . Conclusion Buflomedil combined with compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of diabetic foot significant effect.
