城市农民工为我国城市现代化建设做出了巨大的贡献,但是他们却游离在城市和农村的边缘,得不到基本的身份认同,长期以来被无情地挡在社会保障的大门之外。我国农民工保障制度缺失主要是体制上、立法上、思想观念上的原因。针对农民工的特点,根据农民工社会保障的需求,文章认为应完善农民工社会保障体系并建立健全相应的配套措施。 Urban migrant workers have made tremendous contributions to the modernization of China’s cities. However, they are detached from the urban and rural areas and lack basic identification. They have long been mercilessly sheltered from the gate to social security. The lack of guarantee system for migrant workers in our country is mainly due to institutional, legislative and ideological concepts. According to the characteristics of migrant workers, according to the demand of migrant workers’ social security, this paper argues that the social security system of migrant workers should be perfected and corresponding supporting measures should be established and perfected.
