介绍某垃圾发电厂80m单筒式混凝土烟囱裂缝及盐酸腐蚀事故鉴定。因83年烟囱设计规范的温度应力设计安全度偏低,加上使用早强水泥及养护不足,导致该烟囱中上部筒壁出现过大的纵向裂缝和环向裂缝,以致焚烧垃圾时产生的HCl,SO2,NOX等有害气体通过这些裂缝渗入到混凝土之中,使其顶部10m范围筒壁遭受盐酸冷凝液等酸介质的严重侵蚀;还分析了腐蚀机理及危害性;证实盐酸腐蚀亦既有酸化腐蚀的特点,又有氯化物腐蚀的特征。
Describes the identification of cracking and hydrochloric acid corrosion of 80m single concrete chimney in a garbage power plant.
