针对消失模砂温控制不准确和温度调节时间过长的问题,设计了基于可编程控制器(PLC)消失模砂温自动系统。该系统以台达DVP-PLC为核心控制器,配备DOP-AE系列触摸显示器和电磁阀,在砂温冷却滚筒外罩和滚筒外壁之间设置淋水冷却装置,同时在滚筒内部设置雾化冷却装置,将两者结合,构成双回路冷却系统,使得消失模砂温控制实现自动化。最后通过实验发现:以水冷却系统和雾化冷却系统构成的砂温控制系统能够精确有效的控制出砂温度,说明该装置提高单位时间内滚筒对砂的处理量,提高其工作效率。
In allusion to the inaccurate control of disappearing mold sand temperature and the long time of temperature regulation, an automatic system based on programmable controller (PLC) disappearing mold temperature was designed. The system uses Delta DVP-PLC as the core controller, equipped with DOP-AE series of touch displays and solenoid valves, water cooling device between the sand cooling cover and the drum outer wall, while the atomization cooling device , Combining the two to form a dual-loop cooling system that automates lost-foam temperature control. Finally, it is found through experiment that the sand temperature control system composed of water cooling system and atomizing cooling system can precisely and effectively control the sand temperature, which shows that the device can improve the handling capacity of the drum and improve the working efficiency of the drum in a unit time.
