目前,民用飞机驾驶舱内导光板照明采用手动亮度调节的方式,既增加了驾驶员的负担,又不易根据驾驶舱光环境精准控制导光板的亮度。提出一种新颖的数字式导光板自适应调光控制系统,该系统通过光照传感器准确检测环境光照度,并利用自适应调光控制器根据亮度曲线模型计算驾驶舱内各路导光板的亮度,结合手动补偿及PWM调光控制技术,最终实现导光板亮度的自适应调节。基于上述方案,完成系统架构设计和主要部件的方案设计,并通过仿真,验证所设计的自适应调光控制系统可实现预期目标,能够精准地自适应调整导光板亮度,为改善飞机导光板照明系统人机工效提供有效途径。
At present, the light regulation of the light guide plate in the cockpit of a commercial aircraft adopts the method of manual brightness adjustment, which not only increases the driver’s burden but also makes it difficult to precisely control the brightness of the light guide plate according to the cockpit light environment. A novel digital light guide plate adaptive dimming control system is proposed. The system detects the ambient light illumination accurately by the light sensor, and calculates the brightness of each light guide plate in the cockpit by the adaptive dimming controller according to the brightness curve model. Manual compensation and PWM dimming control technology, the ultimate realization of the light guide plate brightness adaptive adjustment. Based on the above scheme, the design of the system architecture and the design of the main components are completed. Through the simulation and verification, the designed adaptive dimming control system can achieve the expected goal, and the brightness of the light guide plate can be accurately and adaptively adjusted.
