以东北黑土为材料,研究长期施用有机肥和化肥对土壤颗粒有机质(POM)中中性糖特性的影响。结果表明,单施有机肥能显著提高POM中中性糖的总量且中性糖的总量随有机肥施用量的增加而显著提高;单施化肥没有明显的变化;有机肥与化肥配施能显著增加POM中中性糖的含量,但中性糖含量并不随有机肥施用量的增加而显著提高。有机肥与化肥间的交互作用能够削弱有机肥施用量对POM中中性糖含量的主导作用。单施有机肥有利于POM中植物源碳水化合物的积累;单施化肥对两种来源的中性糖的影响基本一致;有机肥与化肥配施有利于POM中植物源碳水化合物的积累。施用有机肥有利于提高POM的活性,能为微生物活动提供更多的碳源和能源。
The effects of long-term application of organic and chemical fertilizers on the properties of neutral sugars in soil particulate organic matter (POM) were studied using black soil in Northeast China. The results showed that single application of organic fertilizer could significantly increase the total amount of neutral sugars in POM and the total amount of neutral sugars significantly increased with the increase of organic fertilizer application rates. There was no obvious change in single application of chemical fertilizers; Can significantly increase the content of neutral sugars in POM, but the neutral sugar content does not significantly increase with the increase of organic fertilizer. The interaction between organic manure and chemical fertilizer can weaken the dominant role of organic manure on neutral sugar content in POM. The application of organic manure was beneficial to the accumulation of plant-derived carbohydrates in POM. The effect of chemical fertilizer alone on the neutral sugars of the two sources was basically the same. The combination of manure and chemical fertilizer was beneficial to the accumulation of plant-derived carbohydrates in POM. Application of organic fertilizer is conducive to improve the activity of POM, for microbial activity to provide more carbon and energy sources.
