目的调查云南省方叶栉眼蚤的地域分布及寄生宿主构成情况,探讨方叶栉眼蚤与其寄生宿主的相互选择关系。方法在云南省的22个县(市)进行现场抽样调查,采集小兽体表的全部蚤类并现场鉴定所获宿主。常规制作蚤类玻片标本并于显微镜进行鉴定。统计分析方叶栉眼蚤的地域分布、构成比、蚤指数、染蚤率。结果从22个县(市)共捕获到13769只小兽(隶属6目11科33属60种),共采集到方叶栉眼蚤2444。方叶栉眼蚤在横断山中部小区的构成比为98.40%,5种主要宿主(大绒鼠、西南绒鼠、锡金小鼠、齐氏姬鼠、四川短尾鼩)体表的方叶栉眼蚤总构成比达96.73%,其中以大绒鼠最为重要(其体表的方叶栉眼蚤占85.97%)。结论方叶栉眼蚤主要分布在横断山中部小区,最主要的宿主是大绒鼠,具有较高的宿主特异性。
Objective To investigate the geographical distribution of parasites and the composition of parasitic hosts in Yunnan Province, and to explore the mutual selection relationship between the parasites of the parasitoid hosts and their counterparts. Methods In-situ sampling was conducted in 22 counties (cities) in Yunnan Province. All the fleas on the small body surface were collected and the hosts were identified on the spot. Fleas slide specimens were routinely prepared and identified by microscopy. Statistical analysis of the square leaf area of the flea distribution, composition ratio, flea index, flea rate. Results A total of 13769 small mammals (belonging to 6 orders, 11 families, 33 genera and 60 species) were captured from 22 counties (cities) and 2444 were collected. The proportion of the leaf-side flea in the middle section of Hengduan Mountains was 98.40%. The body surface of the five main hosts (T. vulgaris, S. southeasternus, Sikkim mouse, The total constitution ratio of fleas was 96.73%, of which the most important was the giant-eared rat. Conclusion It is mainly distributed in the central part of Hengduan Mountain. The most important host is the giant-eared rat with high host specificity.
