一、前言Ti—679合金是英国帝国金属公司研制的一种多组元的近α型钛合金,名义成份为Ti—11Sn—5Zr—2.25Al—1Mo—0.25Si。该合金在450℃以下具有良好的抗蠕变性和热稳定性,已广泛用于制造“斯贝”发动机的另件,是目前实际使用的一种具有良好综合性能的耐热钛合金。
I. INTRODUCTION Ti-679 alloy is a kind of multi-component near-type titanium alloy developed by British Imperial Metal Company. Its nominal composition is Ti-11Sn-5Zr-2.25Al-1Mo-0.25Si. The alloy has good creep resistance and thermal stability below 450 ℃. It has been widely used in the manufacture of other parts of the “Spey” engine. It is a kind of heat-resistant titanium alloy with good comprehensive properties.
