我国将探索建立上级党政机关从基层一线逐级遴选干部的制度,是否有基层一线工作经历将作为提拔任用的一个重要条件近期,中央领导同志多次讲话提出要求,加强年轻干部的实践锻炼,全面提高年轻干部的德才素质。并特别指出,目前优秀年轻干部的数量和素质还不能满足领导班子建设的需要,特别是能够担任党政正职的优秀年轻干部数量偏少。年轻干部中有很多人缺乏基层和艰苦复杂环境的历练,工作经历比较单一,因此要强化年轻干部到基层一线锻炼。
