根据中共中央《2001年-2005年全国干部教育培训规划》(中发[2001]4号),特制定《全国教育干部培训“十五”规划》,现印发给你们。各地教育部门和学校要高度重视教育干部培训工作,将它作为贯彻党的十五届五中全会和第三次全国教育工作会议精神,落实《全国教育事业“十五”计划》的一项重要任务,根据本规划要求,确定工作目标,制定具体实施计划。要积极争取当地党委、政府和部门领导的支持,建立相应的工作协调机制,并抓好落实,使培训工作取得实效。请将实施本规划的具体计划及承办部门联系人、联系方式,于2001年4月底以前报教育部人事司。
