目的:白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法:对31例原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术,术后随访6个月。结果:术后视力较术前视力明显提高,术后眼压较术前眼压有统计学差异,术后闭角型青光眼患者巩膜突可见不同程度的增宽>180°范围,术后5眼周边前房深度>1 CT,17眼周边前房深度1~1/2 CT,18眼1/2~1/3 CT,1眼1/3~1/4CT。结论:白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障可有效控制眼压,迅速恢复和改善视力,减少手术并发症,是一种良好的手术方法。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods: Thirty - one patients with primary angle - closure glaucoma and cataract were treated with phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy. The patients were followed up for 6 months. Results: The postoperative visual acuity was significantly higher than that before operation. The intraocular pressure after operation was significantly different from the preoperative intraocular pressure. CONCLUSION: Cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy for primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract can effectively control intraocular pressure and restore and improve eyesight quickly to reduce the complications. It is a good surgical method.
