刚刚过去的九月,承继奥运热月的欢腾气氛,有“艺术北京”、“上海当代”、上海双年展、广州双年展等在内的诸多艺术博览会和艺术年展相继登场,形成了一场规模宏大的、与奥运相辉映的艺术盛会。单就与艺术市场联系紧密的艺博会而言,数得上的就有六场之多。除了已经于8月末登场的“艺术台北国际艺术博览会”(8月29日至9月2日),还有9月上旬的“艺术北京当代艺术博览会”(9月6-9日)、“上海艺术博览会”和“上海艺术博览会国际当代艺术展”(简称“上海当代”)(9月9-14日),9月下旬的“韩国国际艺术博览会”(9月19-23),以及将于10月初登场的“艺术新加坡当代亚洲艺术博览会”(10月10-13日)。我们看到国内和其他亚洲地区越来越多的艺博会给国内画廊提供了更广阔更多样的展示交流平台,同时也让它们相互之间的竞争进一步升级。像香格纳画廊(同时参与上海、北京、新加坡的4个博览会)和华氏画廊(同时参与5个艺博会)这样几乎参加所有艺博会的画廊还是少数,大多画廊都不得不进行抉择,况且不少谋求国际发展的画廊还会每年参加一些欧美地区的展会。此番,我们且将国内最受关注的两大当代艺术博览会的比拼做一个近距离观察,将这一南一北两台好戏呈现如下。
In the past September, many art fairs and art exhibitions, including “Art Beijing”, “Contemporary Shanghai”, Shanghai Biennale and Guangzhou Biennale, inherited the festive atmosphere of the Olympic Games. We see that more and more art fairs in China and other Asian regions have provided a wider and more diversified display platform for domestic galleries and further escalated their competition with each other. Galleries such as the ShanghART Gallery (which simultaneously takes part in four expositions in Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore) and Fahrenheit Gallery (which also participates in five art fairs) are still among the few participating galleries, and most galleries have to make decisions, Moreover, many galleries pursuing international development will also attend some European and American exhibitions every year. This time, we will be the two most concerned about the current domestic art competitions to do a close look at the close comparison, the two shows a good show north to south as follows.
