在冯伟林主政湖南高速的数年时间里,湖南高速公路项目不断上马,投资数以千亿元计,其发展也从过去的“落后”水平跃居全国前列。其间,冯伟林呈现在公众面前的形象,俨然是湖南高速公路发展的“功臣”。而冯在各种场合宣称“廉洁是对父母最大的孝顺”这一廉政格言,曾在湖南高速系统广为传播。直至2011年8月,湖南省纪委发布消息称已对涉嫌严重违纪的冯伟林进行立案调查,冯伟林的“双面人生”才告终结。
During the years when Feng Weilin was in charge of Hunan Expressway, the Hunan Expressway Project was launched continuously with an investment of hundreds of billions of dollars. Its development has also jumped from the level of the past “backward” to the forefront of the country. In the meantime, Feng Weilin showed the image in front of the public, just like the development of Hunan Expressway “hero ”. However, Feng proclaimed in various occasions that “integrity is the highest filial piety to parents”, an honest motto which was widely disseminated in Hunan Expressway System. Until August 2011, Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection released news that it had conducted an investigation into the alleged serious disciplinary violations of Feng Weilin, and Feng Weilin’s “Double-Sided Life” came to an end.
