刷镀技术是近几年来在我国发展起来的一项修复机械零部件的新技术。它具备以下一系列优点:设备简单,工艺灵活,镀积速度快,镀层种类多,结合强度高,镀后一般不需要加工,对环境污染少,省水省电等。因而这项技术应用范围广,经济效益大,被国家经委列为四十项新技术的推广项目之一。我厂自1982年采用TD-60型刷镀机以来,平均每年修复工件达四百件左右,年创经济效益15万元。我们主要用刷镀的方法修复各种机床轴类和孔类零件,即滚动轴承的内外圈表面、孔与轴的配合表面、
Brush plating technology in recent years in China developed a repair of mechanical parts and components of the new technology. It has the following series of advantages: simple equipment, flexible process, rapid deposition rate, coating variety, combined with high strength, generally do not need to be plated after processing, less environmental pollution, water and electricity. Therefore, this technology has a wide range of applications and great economic benefits. It is listed by the State Economic Commission as one of forty new promotion projects.
