案例教学法是一种培养学生能力和提高学生素质的有效教学方法,是管理类课程教育中普遍推崇和倡导的教学方法。行政管理专业案例教学实践中存在诸多困难和障碍,严重影响和制约了案例教学的有效运用。为此,强调转变教学观念,加强师资队伍建设,分工合作开展对案例的搜集、编写和整理,实现资源共享,改进教学手段,是提高案例教学水平的重要手段。
The case teaching method is an effective teaching method to cultivate students’ abilities and improve the quality of students. It is a teaching method widely respected and advocated in the education of management courses. There are many difficulties and obstacles in the teaching practice of the case of administrative management seriously affecting and restricting the effective use of case teaching. To this end, it is an important means to improve the teaching level of teaching cases, emphasizing the transformation of teaching concepts, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and the cooperation of division of labor in the collection, compilation and arrangement of cases, sharing of resources and improvement of teaching methods.
