用抗人T细胞单克隆抗体及Con A诱导T_s细胞法,检查了结核性胸膜炎和癌性胸膜炎患者外周血和胸水中的T细胞亚群及外周血T_s细胞活性。结果:恶性组外周血OKT_3~+、OKT_4~+、OKT_8~+细胞百分率均较对照组明显下降,T_s细胞活性明显增高;结核组仅有OKT_3~+,OKT_4~+细胞的减少,OKT_8~+细胞及T_s细胞活性无明显改变;T_4/T_8比值两组均较健康对照组明显下降。结核性胸膜炎胸水与对照组外周血,自身外周血及癌性胸水比较,OKT_3~+细胞、OKT_4~+细胞百分率明显升高;而癌性胸水中各T淋巴细胞亚群百分率较自身外周血无差异。本实验结果提示:良恶性胸腔积液患者之间存在着不同的免疫调节异常。结核性胸膜炎患者局部和外周血免疫反应存在着差异。
T cell subsets and peripheral blood T cell activity in peripheral blood and pleural effusion were examined in patients with tuberculous pleurisy and pleural effusion using anti-human T cell monoclonal antibody and Con A-induced T_s cell method. Results: The percentages of OKT_3 ~ +, OKT_4 ~ +, OKT_8 ~ + cells in malignant group were significantly decreased compared with those in control group, while the activity of T_s cells was significantly increased in malignant group. OKT_3 ~ + and OKT_4 ~ No significant changes were found in the activity of T cells and T cells. T_4 / T_8 ratios in both groups were significantly lower than those in healthy controls. The percentages of OKT_4 ~ + cells in OKT_3 ~ + cells were significantly higher than those in peripheral blood, peripheral blood and cancerous pleural effusion of tuberculous pleurisy patients, while the percentage of each T lymphocyte subsets in cancerous pleural effusion was significantly lower than that in peripheral blood difference. The results of this experiment suggest that there are different immunoregulatory abnormalities between patients with benign and malignant pleural effusion. There are differences between local and peripheral immune responses in patients with tuberculous pleurisy.
