小梁切除术后发生交感性眼炎是罕见的。作者报告一例青光眼患者,于小梁切除术后发生了恶性青光眼,于是又做了玻璃体切割和晶体摘出术。于小梁切除后8.5周,玻璃体切割术后4.5周发生了交感性眼炎。患者、女、45岁,双眼视力均为20/200,前房极浅,房角呈狭缝状。眼压右为20mmHg,左为34mmHg。视神经乳头右眼正常、左眼几乎全部下陷,使用毛果芸香碱和噻吗心安治疗。1985年元月7日双眼行氩激光虹膜切除术后,右眼压16～21mmHg,左眼还需要用
Sympathetic ophthalmia after trabeculectomy is rare. The authors report a case of glaucoma, which developed malignant glaucoma after trabeculectomy and did vitrectomy and crystal extraction. 8.5 weeks after trabeculectomy, sympathetic ophthalmia occurred 4.5 weeks after vitrectomy.
