对于国际刑法的关注,最重要的仍旧是立足于国际刑法的执行,国际刑法的执行模式是国际刑法效力得以实现的基本途径,由直接执行模式和间接执行模式组成,直接执行模式虽然是一种理想模式,却仍然无法超越国家主权而独立存在,因此,间接执行模式仍然是当今国际社会的主要执行模式,对其进行评价和分析也就十分必要。
