利用干压法制备多孔氧化铝基陶瓷型芯样品,研究了不同颗粒级配的电熔刚玉对样品性能的影响。结果表明,在样品成分为电熔刚玉90%和熔融石英玻璃粉10%的的条件下,当45μm的电熔刚玉占70%,18μm的电熔刚玉占30%时制备的样品综合性能最好。经1 500℃×2 h烧结后,线收缩率为1.7%,气孔率为36.6%,抗弯强度为59.8 MPa,体积密度为2.65 g/cm3。
Porous alumina-based ceramic core samples were prepared by dry-pressing method and the effects of fused-corundum with different particle sizes on the properties of the samples were investigated. The results show that when the sample composition is 90% of fused corundum and 10% of fused silica glass powder, the prepared sample has the best comprehensive performance when the fused corundum with 45μm accounted for 70% and the fused corundum with 18μm accounted for 30% . After sintering at 1500 ℃ for 2 h, the linear shrinkage was 1.7%, the porosity was 36.6%, the flexural strength was 59.8 MPa and the bulk density was 2.65 g / cm3.
