本文继1974年对国外克矽平(又名 P 204)研究情况所作的综述之后,再将近年来一些的新发展,整理如下。国外临床使用克矽平约自 Schlipk(?)ter1970年起在西德治疗几名矽肺病人开始,以后在西德和奥地利约有六所医院使用,至今未见确切的疗效报告,临床疗效观察比较困难,他们观察病人的时间都比较短,一般1～3年 This article, following a review of the research carried out by foreign countries in 1974 on the basis of the researches on the overseas silicon-silicon level (also known as P 204), summarizes some new developments in recent years as follows.
