天煌教仪THJDCL-1型材料分拣实训设备涵盖了PLC、气动控制、电机传动、电磁铁控制、位置控制、传感器检测等学科,基于多种传感器的检测及旋转编码器的精确定位,实现对不同材质、不同颜色物体的分拣,是实际工业现场生产设备的微缩装置。针对该设备在实训教学中产生的三类典型故障,即卡料、传感器故障及PLC故障进行现象描述及原因分析,并对改进前和改进后的处理方法进行比较。
