目的了解大连市高新区传染病流行及分布特征,为制订传染病防治对策提供科学依据。方法对2010年大连市高新区法定传染病网络直报系统常规疫情资料进行分析。结果 2010年大连市高新区共报告法定传染病12种386例,年发病率373.21/10万;传染病构成以肠道传染病和呼吸道传染病为主。结论预防肠道传染病和呼吸道传染病是今后防治工作的重点和难点,应加大对手足口病、肺结核和其它感染性腹泻的监控力度。
Objective To understand the epidemic and distribution of infectious diseases in high-tech zones in Dalian and to provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. Methods The routine epidemic situation data of the network of notifiable infectious diseases in Dalian High-tech Zone in 2010 were analyzed. Results In 2010, a total of 386 cases of legal infectious diseases were reported in Dalian High-tech Zone with an annual incidence rate of 373.21 / 100,000. The main infectious diseases were intestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases. Conclusions Prevention of intestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases is the key and difficult point in future prevention and treatment work. The monitoring of hand foot and mouth disease, tuberculosis and other infectious diarrhea should be strengthened.
