目的观察小剂量阿司匹林对高血压患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度及hs-CRP的影响并探讨其可能的机制。方法选择高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组及阿司匹林组各60例,前者常规给予降血压药物,后者加服阿司匹林100mg/d,随访18个月,在随访前后测量患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度及hs-CRP。结果末次随访阿司匹林组颈动脉内-中膜厚度及hs-CRP明显低于对照组,差异显著均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林能抑制颈动脉内-中膜厚度增长及炎性反应,可延缓动脉粥样硬化的进展。
Objective To observe the effect of low-dose aspirin on carotid artery intima-media thickness and hs-CRP in hypertensive patients and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods A total of 120 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and aspirin group. The former received antihypertensive drugs routinely. The latter was given aspirin 100mg / d for 18 months. Before and after follow-up, carotid artery endo- Medial thickness and hs-CRP. Results The carotid artery intima - media thickness and hs - CRP in the final follow - up were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Low-dose aspirin can inhibit the growth of carotid intima-media thickness and inflammatory reaction, which can delay the progress of atherosclerosis.
