公差带投影仪已广泛地应用于成批机加零件尺寸检测。为解决工作中工人的视力疲劳和衰退,我们在公差带投影仪上实现了光电检测。主要是光电探测元件代替人的视力“感知”零件尺寸的影带边界位置,并配以适当的后续电路、自动上料、自动分选机构实现自动或半自动检测。工人仅进行监视操作,既保证检测质量提高了工作效率,又减轻了劳动强度。
Tolerance with the projector has been widely used in bulk machine plus parts size detection. To address the visual fatigue and recession of workers at work, we implemented photodetection on a tolerance tape projector. Mainly photodetection element to replace the visual acuity of “vision” part size of the video tape border position, and with the appropriate follow-up circuit, automatic feeding, automatic sorting mechanism to achieve automatic or semi-automatic detection. Workers only monitor the operation, not only to ensure the quality of testing to improve work efficiency, but also reduce the labor intensity.
