庆大霉素分子中有5个氨基,因此在水溶液中能以6种电化学状态存在。根据各氨基的pK值,可知在pH 4.5以下,庆大霉素全部以5价阳离子的形式存在。进行离子交换时,一般认为应使被吸附物质全部离解,因此过去我们认为以磺酸基树脂吸庆大霉素时,pH最好选择在4.5左右。进一步的考虑发现,当pH较高时,庆大霉素以较低价的形式存在,对于一定交换容量的树脂,其吸附量应增大。
There are 5 amino groups in gentamicin molecule, so 6 kinds of electrochemical states exist in aqueous solution. From the pK value of each amino group, it was found that at pH 4.5 or less, all of gentamycin was present as a pentavalent cation. For ion exchange, it is generally considered that all adsorbed substances should be dissociated. Therefore, in the past, we thought that it is better to choose pH at about 4.5 when using gelatin as a sulfonic acid-based resin to absorb gentamicin. Further consideration found that when pH is high, gentamicin exists in the form of lower price, and the amount of adsorbed resin should increase for a certain exchange capacity resin.
