本文介绍的三例斯太尔车挂档后不能起步的故障都与富勒RT—11509C型变速器有关。该变速器有主、副两个部分,副变速器采用具有空档位置的高、低档换档气缸,并在其副轴上装有取力装置(只有在汽车停驶的状态下才能使用取力装置)。变速杆通过双H换档轴适时地打开或关闭双H换向阀的高速范围或低速范围气路,从而控制副变速器同步器拨叉的移动,达到变换高速档或低速档的目的。
This article describes the three Steyr car stalls can not start after the fault with the Fuller RT-11509C-type transmission. The transmission has main and auxiliary parts. The auxiliary transmission adopts high and low gearshift cylinders with neutral position and power take-off on its countershaft (the power take-off can be used only when the vehicle is stopped) . The shift lever can open or close the high-speed range or low-speed air path of the double H reversing valve through the double-H shift shaft timely to control the shift of the auxiliary transmission synchronizer fork to achieve the purpose of changing the high gear or the low gear.
