在幼教改革的新时期,教师的专业发展已被提到重要的议事日程,而园本教研又被确定为教师专业发展的重要途径。推行园本教研是实践《纲要》的需要,也是《纲要》顺利实施的制度保障。园本教研给我们教师的专业生活方式的变革带来深刻的影响,它将是我们教师专业发展的有效途径。本期组织了部分理论工作者和幼儿园实践者对幼儿园园本教研进行了讨论。既有对园本教研实质的探讨和反思,也有对园本教研实践的尝试和总结,希望通过他们的总结和反思,能引起大家对园本教研更多的思考。
In the new period of preschool education reform, the professional development of teachers has been mentioned in the important agenda, and the teaching and research in the garden has been identified as an important way for teachers’ professional development. The implementation of this teaching and research campus is the need to practice the “Outline” and also the institutional guarantee for the smooth implementation of the “Outline”. This teaching and research will bring a profound impact on the transformation of our teachers ’professional life style. It will be an effective way for our teachers’ professional development. In this issue, some theoretical workers and kindergarten practitioners were organized to discuss the teaching and researching in kindergartens. Both on the campus of the nature of the teaching of research and reflection, but also on the garden of teaching and research practice and summary, hope that through their summary and reflection, we can cause everyone to study and study more.
