自身骨髓移植（ABMT）在临床上用于治疗某些血液系统的恶性肿瘤，但移植后复发率明显高于异基因骨髓移植，如何在ABMT前清除骨髓中残存的白血病细胞是解决这一问题的关键之一。人们已发展了物理学方法、化学方法、免疫学方法和生物学方法等多种净化技术，本文重点综述用联合法净化白血病细胞。
