求组７８０例急性脑血管病中并发肩手综合征１０２例（１３．１％）。脑梗塞组肩手综合征发生率（１５．４７％），显著高于脑出血组（１０％），（Ｐ＜０．０５）。用醋酸强的松龙肩周封闭治疗肩手综合征，每７天１次，平均封闭次数３±１．５次，治愈４１例（４０．２％），改善６１例（５９．８％），疗效满意，无明显副反应。 The group of 780 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated by shoulder-hand syndrome in 102 cases (13.1%).
