用小鼠闭合伤、截肢伤及烧伤模型，观察创伤后４６小鼠脾细胞、胸腺细胞、肠系膜淋巴结细胞内环磷酸腺苷（ｃＡＭＰ）、环磷酸鸟苷（ｃＧＭＰ）的变化．结果显示：创伤后三种类型的淋巴细胞在静息状态或经ＣｏｎＡ刺激时的ｃＡＭＰ水平增高，ｃＧＭＰ水平下降，ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ比值增加．创伤后血清、巨噬细胞、Ｔｓ细胞在体外可明显提高正常小鼠脾细胞内ｃＡＭＰ水平，降低其ｃＧＭＰ水平．去除创伤小鼠脾细胞中的巨噬细胞、Ｔｓ细胞可使其ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ含量恢复至接近正常水平，提示：创伤可导致淋巴细胞内ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ含量发生改变，这一变化同创伤后血清、巨噬细胞、Ｔｓ细胞的作用有关． The closed wounds, amputation wounds and burn models were observed in mice. The changes of cAMP and cGMP in spleen cells, thymocytes and mesenteric lymph nodes of 46 mice after trauma were observed. The results showed that the levels of cAMP, cGMP and cAMP / cGMP in the three types of lymphocytes at rest or after ConA stimulation were increased. Traumatic serum, macrophages, Ts cells in vitro can significantly increase cAMP levels in normal mouse spleen cells and reduce their cGMP levels. The removal of macrophages and Ts cells from splenocytes in trauma mice restored the levels of cAMP and cGMP to near normal values, suggesting that the trauma can lead to changes of cAMP and cGMP contents in lymphocytes. This change is related to the changes of serum, Macrophages, Ts cells.
