液压支架是综采工作面核心设备,采用Pro/E软件实现液压支架零件的三维实体建模,通过虚拟装配建立液压支架的数字化样机,利用Pro/E的仿真功能对支架的伸柱、降柱、推溜、移架的运动过程进行了运动仿真,研究样机的运动学特性。液压支架数字化样机的建立可以缩短其设计周期并提高设计质量,有助于液压支架的优化设计。
Hydraulic support is the core equipment of fully mechanized mining face. Pro / E software is used to realize the 3D solid modeling of hydraulic support components. The digital prototype of hydraulic support is established by virtual assembly. Pro / E simulation function is used to extend the support column, , Push slippery, move the framework of the movement process simulation, study the prototype kinematics. The establishment of a hydraulic prototype digital prototype can shorten the design cycle and improve the design quality, contribute to the optimal design of the hydraulic support.
