作者报告一例(8个月女孩)皮肤链互隔菌病有白色念珠菌加杂感染。经玻片培养、发酵试验及玻片凝集试验证实,并在病理切片中用过碘酸、雪夫氏PAS 染色,在角层内也找到二种不同的真菌。患者经用那塔霉素(Natamycin,英国称 Pimafucin,法国称 Pimaricin)软膏治疗二月痊愈,留下萎缩疤痕。停药后未见复发。在患儿18个月时,将链互隔
The authors report an example (8-month-old girl) of Streptococcus Mutans disease with Candida albicans infection. After the slides were cultured, the fermentation test and the glass slide agglutination test were confirmed, and in the pathological sections with periodic acid, Schiff PAS staining, also found in the angular layer of two different fungi. Patients treated with natamycin (Pimafucin, Pimaricin, aka Pimaricin, UK) were cured in February and left atrophic scars. No recurrence after stopping. 18 months in children, the chain is separated
