摘要本文对内燃机气缸压力测量中的测压通道误差进行了理论分析和试验研究.根据通道效应主要影响示功图中频段的特点,应用数字信号处理技术,设计了在频域消除通道效应的“自动优化滤波程序”.对不同发动机示功图处理的结果表明,该程序具有物理概念清晰、方法简单可靠、滤波效果良好、适用性较强等特点.
Abstract In this paper, the theoretical analysis and experimental research on manometry error of cylinder pressure in internal combustion engine are carried out.According to the characteristics of the frequency band that the channel effect mainly affects the dynamometer, the digital signal processing technique is used to design the signal- “Automatically optimize the filter program.” The results of different engine engine dynamometer processing show that the program has the characteristics of a clear physical concept, the method is simple and reliable, the filtering effect is good, the applicability is strong and so on.
