“互联网+”时代,城市广电失去了垄断多年形成的渠道优势、人才优势、政策优势,与其相生、相伴的城市广电协会亦因此无奈而突然地被裹入颠覆性的转型。扬州广电协会逆势而上,主动探索出“行进式服务”的运作模式,从提升城市广电协会的行业凝聚力,增强城市广电协会的学术有效性,彰显城市广电协会的专业公信力等方面进行探索,并通过“行进式服务”对城市广电协会的工作提出三点思考:一、如何打造更具效力的社会、经济盈利平台?二、如何构建更有潜力的人力、智力储备仓库?三、如何建立更加完善的市场、绩效评估机制?
