权利作为历史的产物 ,属于一定的历史范畴 ,同时它又是一种社会现象 ,普遍存在于日常生活中。在不同的时空条件下 ,权利表现出不同的社会内容 ,反映着政治、经济、法律、伦理等诸多方面的问题。社会变革和转型总是和某种新的权利观念联系在一起 ,并随着这种权利观念的逐步制度化而发展。权利作为学术概念在法学、政治学、哲学等学科领域受到普遍重视和广泛研究 ,但权利和权利发展问题却长期没有引起史学界的重视。权利发展的历史是认识人类历史的一个重要视角 ,人类社会的进步趋势也可以用权利意识的发展、权利内容的丰富、权利保障的程度等来衡量。史学不应置身于权利研究之外 ,而应积极关注、研究和总结世界各国人民在权利发展进程中的经验和教训 As a product of history, the right belongs to a certain historical category. At the same time, it is a kind of social phenomenon and exists universally in daily life. Under different conditions of time and space, rights display different social contents and reflect many aspects such as politics, economy, law and ethics. Social change and transformation are always linked to a new concept of rights and evolved as the concept of such rights gradually institutionalizes. As an academic concept, rights are universally valued and extensively studied in jurisprudence, politics and philosophy. However, the development of rights and rights has long drawn no attention from historians. The history of the development of rights is an important perspective for understanding human history.
