去年11月26-28日FIP专题集邮委员会在瑞士洛桑举行了一次工作委员会(Bureau)会议。会上完成了对现行专题集邮展品评审专用规则和指导要点的修订。此新版本的规则和指导要点不但将综合各方面的观点和看法,而且还制定有新的评分标准,更细化了各项打分内容。其中,在“处理”一项中增加了“创新(Innovation)”内容,即要求专题展品要有新颖性,或者是新的选题,或者是对已有专题或热门专题的
Last November 26-28, the FIP Special FIBC held a meeting of the Bureau in Lausanne, Switzerland. At the meeting, it completed the revision of the special rules and guidelines for the review of the current special philatelic exhibits. This new version of the rules and guidelines not only will synthesize all aspects of the views and opinions, but also to develop a new scoring standards, more detailed the scoring content. Among them, the “processing” one added “Innovation (Innovation)” content, that is required special exhibits exhibits novelty, or a new topic, or the existing topic or hot topics
