For a long time, people have found some phenomena such as: Some individuals also take certain clinical efficacy of drugs, but their response is not exactly the same. In other words, the same drugs, some people after the drug effect is better, while others are worse, and some others even some adverse reactions. In recent years, the analysis and research on these phenomena have been deepening, and we have come to understand that the reason why different individuals react differently to drugs is that some of them are caused by inheritance and some are caused by non-genetics. For example, some individuals have an abnormal response to penicillin, which is an allergic reaction that has nothing to do with the individual’s hereditary nature. For another example, some people in the population metabolize isoniazid faster and some people are slower Hereditary determined by the human body on the response to various drugs have genetic differences. Next, we briefly introduce the latter issue
